laden moonlight emerges
through the forest green and
gracefully dances
amid the shimmering
shoal
of the pond that sits before
me
i ponder nothing and yet
everything that should have ever
mattered
to her agitating
soul
faith? what had she doubted
in her last unfathomable
inquiry?
where was she coming from?
chaos invites me into
its cradling haven and
raven strands of tedious hair
wrap around my crooked
fingers
brown eyes gleaming simply of...

what the fuck did she
expect?

when solace cradles me within a brightened theme
to soothe me, how it bares a righteous tone
my thoughts transcend and lead me to a faithful dream
where heaven will not let me be alone
the view i find beneath my veiling eyes soon brings
to me the reasons that can make me whole
there held within the comfort of an angel's wings
remains my life, my heart, my very soul
carry on my weary one
through all the tears you cry
for I do sense that you believe
all pain is just a lie
a thousand bonds of beauty weave
a thousands times you'll know
that only you can unravel
and only you can sow
reflected in your deepest dreams
are reasons you're so fond
of why your soul will still remain
there seemingly beyond
where you will search for what you've yearned
cause inside you still feel
so carry on my weary one
for only love conceals
I hear the beauty in her words by echoing despair
They whisper through the hollows of a solitary prayer
The dark cathedral sheds undying lies by God's embrace
Beneath a veil of servitude her spirit's failing grace
I only wish to steal her from the angel's light above
And vow to her a solemn oath, the promise of my love
If ever the unyielding faith I wed with mournful days
Abandons me then I will die to have her for always
