i digress
while i slither across
the chilly floor
toward you

approaching my dreams,
desires quenched once, but
with you i can't see past my own
choices

you're vulnerable
and i just love to soak in the idea
of taking advantage,
then wrap you deep
in these leathery wounds

imbuing my thirst
across your supple neck
reminds me...
i lurk in you,
dead... ever immortal

for i am you
inside out
