skinny-dip your soul with me
through the breath of life
that channels these lucid dreams

see us dance against
the bluish red skies as the sun
bids farewell until sweet life to come,
sweet life to come

feel me hold you ever closely
begging of your heart for an ounce of you
to touch, to taste, to catch the scent of,
then let me die in that blessedness
which remains as my ideal fantasy

how i have often believed that
through such tranquility
this dreamland will bequeath frivolous hues
so much so that twilight will lament
then swivel an existence
that only beauty could have conjured

even so i imagine with you
this could be our rise
into an eternity
only deep emotion could have ever
slathered

and oh, it still keeps on
that i yearningly love you,
and will love you always...
